All of our accessories are accurately inserted onto our belts with the latest state of the art machinery imported from Europe. This insures a strong, perfect bond between the accessory and the belt.

CLEATS

All cleats, both extruded and fabric-reinforced, are designed to carry weight and stay upright for horizontal, inclined or declined applications. All of our cleats are vulcanised into our PVC and PU belts by a high frequency machine, ensuring the cleat becomes apart of the belt rather than just stuck on top of it. BRENDMA DOES NOT BELIEVE IN GLUING/STICKING CLEATS ONTO OUR BELTING. Despite a number of our competitors gluing/sticking cleats onto their belts to keep the cost down, in the name of quality we believe this is unacceptable. That is why Brendma have invested in 2 high frequency machines, to ensure nothing is ever done by hand. This benefits the most important person; the customer. All our cleats come in either 90 degree vertical or 60 degree angle styles.

TRACKING GUIDES

Our complete range of tracking guides are available in any size, shape or form. We stock vee shaped, notched, flat and square tracking guides for all types of industry. All tracking guides are precisely vulcanised onto the belt using our state of the art rope fitter, guaranteed to meet your exact specifications by the millimetre. Once again, Brendma have heavily invested into machinery to improve quality and accuracy, compared to other competitors which still insist on welding tracking guides by hand.

SIDEWALL

We also stock corrugated sidewall for all our range of belting. Our sizes range between 20mm to 80mm high.

SPECIAL ACCESSORIES/PROFILES

Brendma are able to organise customised attachments and profiles to suit any requirement. Whatever needs to be done on the belt, Brendma can help. Examples are as follows:
