PVC solid woven belting

The need for a tough robust belt to work outdoors in Australia’s harsh environment is a priority in the agricultural industry. Our PVC solid woven belts are guaranteed to meet this challenge. The belts are available ex–stock with crescent top or plain smooth top cover. Black and white colours are available, white being suitable for direct food contact. They have excellent resistant to impact and tearing in arduous conditions and are also suitable for addition of profiles such as tracking ribs & cleating in the small crops & the agricultural areas.

PVC solid woven crescent top belting is ideal for the conveying of grain in Tube conveyors in the wheat & grain industry. Tube conveyors are more efficient in moving wheat & grain with less damaged to the product and more volume.

Derco PVC and standard plied belting is available in 2, 3 and 4 ply in green, black, white, blue and tan colours. It is also available in monofilament fabrics for small pulley applications and multifilament fabric for troughing applications. PVC plied belts can also be fitted with cleats & tracking ribs for the incline of products in the small crop & agricultural industry. The cleats are placed by the use of our high frequency machine for extra quality. We are also able to produce pillow wave cleats for impact purposes on delicate products.
