Not only do Brendma specialise in the high speed transport and folding area of the cardboard industry (please look at the ‘Nitta Power Transmission’ section for more information), but we are also capable of supplying and servicing the larger production lines in the pre-fold sections. These belts are usually over a metre wide and therefore require superior lateral stability. This is something that Derco has taken into consideration when constructing their special monofilament fabric for their PVC and PU range. These belts are also chemical resistant as so the top cover of the belt does not get eroded away.

Our range of non-marking rubber roughtops are also used in cardboard on extendo, folding, lift and scrap conveyors. This range benefits from our opposition by providing a durable top cover soft enough not to mark the cardboard and cause rejects yet strong enough to resist abrasion and keep its grip.
