Recycling is an industry dominated by heavy duty rubber belting, however Brendma still provides our Derco PVC and Volta range for certain applications such as magnetic separators and general transport. We supply 2ply PVC, 3ply PVC and Volta Gencon belting on magnetic separators as the belt thickness is crucial for the magnets to penetrate through the belt and filter the product. Our belts are cut/abrasion resistant and have a superior top cover able to withstand the toughest conditions.

Our Volta range allows you to install a belt in a matter of minutes using its electrode welding system, keeping maintenance downtime at a bare minimum. Repair jobs such as patching holes and welding up tears in the belt are quick and easy, returning the belt to active service and extending its operating life.
